OUR DISCOVERY OF THE TRUTH
PATERNITY FRAUD
We live in Cloverdale, a small city in Northern
California.
It wasn't long, before my fiance', Nick, began hearing rumors that two
children from one "Mother", that he is being FORCED by the Sonoma County Department of Child
Support Services / District Attorney's Office (DCSS), to pay child support for, are NOT his Biological
children!!!
After hearing the rumors, Nick asked the "Mother" to get DNA Paternity Testing
for HER TWO children, that "SHE" had
SIGNED UNDER
PENALTY OF PERJURY
were his Biological children.
"Her" response was,
"HELL NO!!!"
(Obviously, she had something to hide!!!)
We couldn't believe it!!!
We then asked the Sonoma County DCSS for DNA Paternity Testing, and the Sonoma
County DCSS told us that it was too late (past the two-year limit), but that we could go out on our own and get DNA Paternity
Testing. So, we did, and the results came back, via U.S. Mail, on October 10, 2000, just two days after the unexpected
death of Nick's Father...

from being the Biological Father of not just one, but TWO children
from one "Mother"!!!
The "Mother" had LIED to him!!! In other words,
"She" has committed
not just one, but
TWO COUNTS
of Paternity Fraud!!!
They are NOT his Biological Children!!!
AND
She has committed PERJURY!!!
by SIGNING UNDER
PENALTY OF PERJURY
that there was
no other possible Father
within 45 days prior and 45 days after conception!
HELLO!!! That's 90 days!!!
Ummmm.....yes, that's 3 Months!!!
GIVE US A BREAK!!!
And
"SHE" LIED about HER
TWO children....geez!!!
THIS IS LIKE
LEGALIZED PROSTITUTION,
AND THE JUDGE, THE COURTS, WELFARE AND DCSS ARE LIKE THE PIMPS!!!
We then presented the DNA Paternity Test results to the Sonoma County DCSS, and
they said, "Sorry, but there's nothing that we can do." We asked them if there was anything else we could do, to get
Nick's case dismissed. The Sonoma County DCSS said that we could go and find the biological
father/s!!!
We were in complete shock!!!
We wondered why we should have to go and find the Biological Father/s,
when it was the "Mother's" LIES that caused all of this!!!
Well, we were at work one day (we worked together) and decided to go out to Lunch.
Guess who we ran into???
We ended up running into a guy that Nick used to go to High School with.
(The "Mother" also went to the same High School).
He had ALSO heard rumors, about Nick NOT being the Biological
Father, and since He himself used to go out with the "Mother" around the same time the she got pregnant with her first child,
he decided to get DNA Paternity Testing.
Since he is friends with the "Mother's" family, he didn't have any problem getting
the DNA Paternity Testing.
You probably guessed it!!!
His DNA Paternity Testing results PROVE that
HE IS the Biological Father
of the boy!!!
He said that he has been having an ongoing Parental relationship with
the boy and has explained to the boy that
HE IS his Biological Father.
He told us that He wants Parental Rights, and He wants to support the boy.
He said that he also wants to change the boy's last name to HIS!
NO PROBLEM!!!
At that time, we were sooooo excited!!! We figured alright, one down
and one to go.
Here we have Nick's DNA Paternity Test results that EXCLUDED
NICK
as the Biological Father
AND
now, we have the Biological Father WITH DNA PATERNITY TESTS
RESULTS PROVING THAT HE IS THE DAD!!!
We asked him to bring his DNA Paternity Test results to the Courts/DCSS, and he
did.
The Courts/DCSS told all of us that unless the "Mother" agrees to it, that there isn't anything that any
of us can do!!!
So basically, that is how we discovered THE TRUTH!
PATERNITY FRAUD!!!
Paternity Fraud is
DEVASTATING
and very
TRAUMATIC!!!
Paternity Fraud is
DESTROYING
peoples lives!!!
Nick and I are engaged to be married, and until we get the law changed, we have
decided to hold off our wedding plans, are NOT going to be married until we get the laws passed here
in California that will FREE him, as well as other California Paternity Fraud Victims.
Until the laws are passed, there is little hope for the wonderful future that
we have always talked about having come true for us....our dream of buying a home in the
Country.
With over $20,000.00 that the Sonoma County DCSS is FORCING
him to pay in arrears, (that's only as of right now, try tacking on another 8 years for two kids plus interest)....
AND
also trying to keep up with the monthly child support payments that the Sonoma
County DCSS is FORCING him to pay,
for the "Mothers" LIES, ,
there is no possible way that our dreams will ever come true,
UNLESS
We get Legislation passed to PREVENT PATERNITY FRAUD!!!
PLEASE CALL YOUR LEGISLATORS AND ASK FOR THEM TO SUPPORT
ANTI-PATERNITY FRAUD LEGISLATION.
IT'S NOT GOING TO STOP, IT WILL JUST GET WORSE!!!
BELIEVE ME, IT DOES GET WORSE!!!
